An illustration commission for Zouk, one of the top 10 clubs in the world that is famed for being an institution for progressive electronic music in Singapore since the early 90’s. This coffee table book marks it’s 20th anniversary (20/20), and tells a tale of its rich history and contribution to Singapore’s nightlife with many colourful personalities sharing their stories and memories of the club.
This was one of my earliest projects when I started illustrating as a freelancer that I hold dear in my heart. Electronic music was and is still a big part of my life, and being involved in this project also gave me an intimate insight into knowing more about Singapore’s music scene.
